THE ORGAN
In 1974, Holy Apostles published a cookbook to raise money to purchase a 4 rank pipe organ from the Benedictine convent in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Over the years it has been expanded to 42 ranks. The pipes cover three chambers which hold some two thousand more pipes. At the apex of the visible pipes is the cymbelstar. It is connected to nine tuned bells and spins when they are played. It is used when the Holy Spirit is evoked in worship. This cymbelstar is fashioned after one from the Netherlands and is the only one in this part of the world.
